Flow conditions:

  • * Complete focus and concentration on the task
  • * A sense of ecstacy / sense of outside everyday reality
  • * Clarity ; knowing what needs to be done and how well you are doing
  • * Knowing the activity is doable; that skill is adequate to the task
  • * A sense of serentity; no worries about oneself, feeling of growing beyond boundaries of the ego
  • * Timelessness; hours seem to pass in minutes
  • * Intrinsic motivation for the activity
